Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

This policy explains what information SilentCap ("we", "us") collects when you use our website, dashboard and API (the "Service"), why we collect it, and what we do with it. It should be read with our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Service:

  • Account details: your email address and a securely hashed password.
  • Billing records: your top-ups, balance and usage. Payments are handled by our payment providers, and we do not store full card numbers.
  • Task data: what you send to the API to solve a captcha, such as page URLs, site keys, proxy details and user agents, and the tokens we return.
  • Technical data: IP addresses, request times and error logs, which we use to operate, secure and debug the Service.

3. How we use it

  • to solve the tasks you send and charge your balance for them;
  • to run your account and answer support requests;
  • to detect abuse and keep the Service secure;
  • to measure and improve solve speed and reliability.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Proxy credentials

If you send a proxy with a task, we use it only to solve that task. Don't send proxy credentials you also use for anything else.

5. Sharing

We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, such as hosting and payment providers, and only as much as they need to do that work. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

6. Cookies

The dashboard uses cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. How long we keep it

We keep account and billing records while your account is open and as long as we need them afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. We keep task data and technical logs only as long as we need them to run and secure the Service.

8. Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure, so keep your API key private and rotate it if you think it has been exposed.

9. Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. We may keep some records where the law requires it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
