Terms of Service
Last updated 27 September 2026
1. About SilentCap
These terms govern your use of the website, dashboard and API provided by SilentCap ("we", "us"), together the "Service". By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
2. Who may use the Service
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that company.
The Service is not intended for users in the Chinese Mainland. We do not offer the Service there, and you may not access or use it from the Chinese Mainland.
3. Your account and API key
Keep your API key secret. You are responsible for all activity that uses your key. If you think your key has been exposed, rotate it in the dashboard and tell us.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use the Service and for complying with the laws that apply to you and with the terms of the websites you interact with. You must not use the Service to:
- commit fraud or obtain anything by deception;
- access accounts or systems you are not authorised to access;
- send spam or harass anyone;
- infringe anyone's rights or break any law;
- disrupt, overload or probe the Service or our infrastructure.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Balance, pricing and payment
The Service is prepaid. Unless an unlimited plan covers it, each token we deliver is charged against your balance at the prices shown on our website. Failed solves are not charged. We may change prices by updating the website. New prices apply to tasks created after the change.
Unlimited plans are bought by the hour for one captcha type. A plan starts when we confirm your payment, or when you add a held payment to your account, and runs for the hours you bought. While it is active, tasks of that type are not charged against your balance, up to the number of concurrent tasks shown on our website.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Service fast and available, but we provide it "as is". We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, or that any website will accept a token we return.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SilentCap has no liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes direct, indirect and consequential losses, and loss of profits, data, accounts or business. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if your use puts the Service or others at risk.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
