Starts a solve and returns a task ID you use to fetch the result.

`taskId` Required	`string`	Pass this to getTaskResult to fetch the token.

The task starts solving as soon as it is created. Wait about a second, then poll getTaskResult.

Common errors

ERROR_KEY_DOES_NOT_EXIST: the clientKey is wrong.
ERROR_ZERO_BALANCE: top up your balance and try again.
ERROR_TASK_NOT_SUPPORTED: task.type is misspelled or unsupported.
ERROR_INVALID_TASK_DATA: a required task field is missing or malformed.
